The Human Resource Department of the Town of Barrington is responsible for all aspects of Personnel Management. Our goal is to provide excellent service to our diverse municipal workforce, departments and the general public. We accomplish this by providing managers with employment services, consultative advice, policy and procedural guidelines, and employee motivation and development tools. For our employees, the HR department provides employee advocacy, benefit issue resolution, equal employment opportunity assurance and skill enhancement training. Overall we strive for the highest standards in providing quality service and creating a work environment that attracts, retains, and rewards talented and motivated people.

Barrington Public Library

Custodian, Part-Time

Barrington Public Library. 12-19 hrs/wk with potential for more. May include night and weekend hours, $11.26/hr. Bathrooms, floors, vacuuming, set-up tables/chairs. Some heavy lifting and snow shoveling. Applications available at the library’s Circulation Desk. Please apply in person at the reference desk.
