Town Clerk's Office

 

The Town Clerk is appointed by the Town Manager and serves as clerk of the Council, Financial Town Meeting, Probate Court, Board of Canvassers and is the Recorder of Deeds. The Town Clerk has a staff of two full time clerks and one part-time clerk to assist her in the office.

The Town Clerk’s Office is centrally located in the Town Hall. In the office there is a wealth of information and many resources available to those who call, email or visit. Many of the records that are maintained are located in two vaults.
